If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us and request an exchange via Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook or Email within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the order.


For this process, it is vital that the requirements below are respected:


  • The product is intact, in its original packaging and with all its protections.

  • The product can be returned in the same box that was used to deliver it. It is important that the item is properly packed and safe for transportation.

  • The label is affixed to the product.


Returned items will be evaluated by our internal team, upon arrival at our Atelier, ensuring that the requirements have been properly met.


When the verification process is completed, the product(s) chosen for exchange will be packaged and sent to the same address where the purchase was made.

Important! The maximum period for this type of request is 7 (seven) consecutive days, counted from the day the merchandise is received at your home; provided that the product meets the same requirements for exchange mentioned above.


The refund of the purchase amount will take place according to the payment method chosen by you when purchasing: credit card reversal or refund of current account amounts, in payments made by Pix or Boleto.
