Can I change the delivery address with the product in transit?

No, that's why it's important that you make sure your details are correct before finalizing your order. In any case, if you notice any discrepancies in the details of your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately to resolve the situation.

What is the payment confirmation deadline?

This will depend on the payment method used. For credit cards, your request will be evaluated within 5 (five) business days. For bank slips, bank clearing can take up to 7 (seven) business days. For payments via Pix, confirmation will happen within 1 (one) business day.

How do I exchange an item in an order?

In such a situation, contact our Customer Service team immediately. exchange or return.

How does the guarantee work?

Our products have a warranty consisting of 6 (six) months for materials such as leather and fabrics, and 3 (three) months for hardware and manufacturing defects. The sunglasses have a 12 (twelve) month warranty for manufacturing defects.

 

In the event of a defect with your PANTHÈRE product purchased here, please contact our Customer Service Center. Record by photos and videos, describing what happened and send it to us for evaluation. We will then return with the analysis carried out and define the next steps.

 

For an item to be eligible for warranty coverage, the requirements are:

 

  1. That the Warranty Term is duly completed;

  2. That the defect was not caused by misuse or in violation of the guidelines available in the "PANTHÉRE Warranty Term";

  3. That the product is covered by the warranty period.

What delivery time?

The delivery time varies according to the destination of your order and the chosen method, it will appear to you when your order is finalized and will be presented on working days. The term starts to be counted from the invoicing of your order.
